Monica is dedicated to collaborating with clients to enhance their quality of life, navigate challenges, and support them in realising their full potential through assessment or therapy. She uses eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to address past traumatic memories and experiences while also integrating Mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to foster a deeper connection to the present moment and support greater psychological flexibility.
